After work yesterday morning, I was off to the thrifts! While I came out mostly empty-handed, I did find a couple things. :)

As for the outfit...I re-discovered this grey shirt that was a former favorite! Ditto with these thrifted mustard yellow shoes. They are super-comfy, and I like how they look with my red bag. :)

Well, I am off to chill with my hubby and have an early birthday get-together with my father-in-law, so peace out, folks! Have a great day!

Imagine my surprise when I found this one at Good Samaritan for a mere 99cents!

Thrifted: $0.99 for one at Good Samaritan

Amount Saved: ~$6.00!

This week was full of: a couple of BSC books (finally!), homemade applesauce, a lone estate sale find, book sales, paying $5 for a bunch of cool books, and hanging out on the couch with Moxie kitty!

This was Sunday's outfit, for a day of unsuccessful estate sale shopping and semi-successful book sale shopping. :) We went to three estate sales, and came out with only a 25-cent pin. But I found some neat books at the book sale we went to!

So, yeah. I'm super in love with this purse! It is just perfect for fall and winter. :) And it's the best leather and everything. Go TJMaxx clearance rack!!!

Thrifted Gifted: Super Mario!

Vintage Super Mario Lunch Box: Love of Jesus ($3)

My hubby is pretty obsessed with old video games. This is especially true when it comes to Super Mario ones!

So when I spotted this '80s lunchbox at Love of Jesus, I knew I had to get it for him. :) With a little scrubbing, it's as good as new- and ready for him to bring to work with his lunch in it!

Thrift Find: Just Plane Awesome :)

Plane Sweater: Salvation Army ($6)

While this sweater was a little thrift-store pricey at six bucks, it is brand new and covered in planes! I think it's pretty sweet, but I think my hubby might like it even more than I do. :)

Now, for some real sweater weather, so I can sport this and my other newly thrifted cold-weather finds! (A black leather jacket, a Native American sweater, and a dark green cable knit sweater!!)
