Yesterday after work, I was SO ready to hit the thrifts! It was such a pretty day that I got to sport my favorite thrifted fringe sandals, too. :) Oh, and please ignore my crazy hair- I had just taken it down from a top knot, and it was blowing all over the place!

Anyway, I scored some fun things, including some of the things on this week's list. And I found something cool for Josh, too!

I'm all for cute desk accessories, so when I saw this vintage red stapler I knew it would be mine! (Well, actually Josh's, since he has the desk right now.)

There's something about a stapler that is super cute and also works well, you know?

Insta-Thursday

This week was full of: learning to fishtail braid, admiring my light-up heart and moon, relaxing with my kitty, eating yummy banana bread from a church we went to with my dad, re-decorating my dollhouse, and re-decorating our real house...er, apartment. :)

What's in my bag? :)

I thought it would be fun doing a what's in my bag post, since I haven't done one in years. :) The weirdest thing? The Publix hand sanitizer, because we don't have Publix grocery stores here in Richmond. We do have them back home in Florida, though, and my awesome mom and Grammy keep me stocked up. :) For some reason, I just like the Publix version best!

Thrift Finds: Itty Bitty Things :)

Dollhouse Stuff: Goodwill Outlet (<$1)

So, another thing I found from my thrift list this week was dollhouse stuff. :) Just look at those tiny little things!

I'm using the 'chick feed' as a pillow, the stacked round boxes are a nightstand, and the baskets are decor. :) I especially love the teeny Pepsi can!

So, I didn't find much Saturday, but I did cross a couple things off of my thrift list. One? 'Interesting wall art.' Because if a cat-shaped chalkboard doesn't count as 'interesting', then I don't know what does! :)

Anyway, here's the little guy in action by our front door:

I totally got some pink chalk and have had fun writing different things on it. I think it'll be handy for reminders as we head out the door. And also to just write silly stuff and see if the hubby notices...
