On the Thrift Store Shelves: Goodwill
The other night after work, I went to my local Goodwill for some "window shopping". I love checking out what's on the shelves, even if I don't plan on buying anything. (I did go home with the above cat container, though...)
This particular day, there were actually some neat things to be seen. I really liked the globe (but already have one) and wolf figure (overpriced), and the sewing box and Davy Crockett book (don't have a place for them). Nowadays, I think pretty hard before I thrift something. I have to really like it, it has to be fairly priced, and I have to have space for it!
Always,
Amanda

ooo! I need more globes! Which Goodwill was this?
ReplyDeleteThe bigger one on West Broad St. :) I have your bag full of goodies still, btw! I had horrible luck through the mail (they lost it for a whole month), but I will get it to you :)
DeleteNo worries, Amanda! It's been a whirlwind of a month around here! That's crazy that the post office lost it for a whole month! It's not like it was going very far! ;)
ReplyDeleteI know! I swear, this postal service is the worst of anywhere I've been! I'm almost scared to try to send it out again!
